Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of teaching resources to support the main Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualifications in business (including BTEC & T-levels)
Design and help deliver live (face-to-face and livestreamed) student events for the most popular externally-assessed units
Develop and lead the delivery of professional training events and on-demand training courses for selected qualifications and units
Lead and manage the publication of printed resources, liaising with contributors and graphic designers
Provide support to vocational business teaching colleagues via online teacher communities and social media
Key Requirements
In addition to meeting the personal characteristics set out in our Person Specification, the successful candidate is likely to be:
An experienced, specialist business teacher with a track record of successful delivery of vocational business qualifications
A recent examiner in one or more of the leading vocational business qualifications
Experienced in the effective management of vocational programmes, including meeting the quality requirements of awarding bodies
Package
Part-time role (approx 15-25 hours per week) with flexible working hours. Remuneration to be agreed. Holidays and pension included. Predominantly remote working. Start date flexible.
